GateWay offers a wide variety of general education courses, tailored for those students who plan to transfer to a state university, earn an Associates Degree, or who simply need or want to earn additional credits while attending another institution.

Liberal Arts

A degree focusing on the Liberal Arts opens the door to numerous opportunities, including fine arts, advertising, social work, and teaching. GateWay offers a variety of courses to prepare you for these careers.

Math & Science

Math and Science courses offer career possibilities ranging from business, finance, or statistics, to biology and wildlife conservation. GateWay's courses are developed to help you earn an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.

English As A Second Language (ESL)

The English as a Second language (ESL) program at GateWay Community College has served the immigrant, refugee and non-native English speaking communities of the greater Phoenix area for many years.
